Pause & Paint – Autumn Mini Retreat

A cozy autumn retreat combining gentle Pilates, pumpkin painting, relaxation and a sound Bath 🎃 Pause & Paint – Autumn Mini Retreat 🍂 Give yourself permission to slow down and enjoy a cozy autumn afternoon with Drift Away Wellness. We’ll begin with gentle Pilates, using slow, mindful movement to stretch the body, release tension and help you settle into the space. Then it’s time to get creative! 🎨 You’ll paint and decorate your own mini pumpkin to take home, with time to chat, enjoy herbal tea and a sweet treat, and simply enjoy being present. Once our pumpkins are finished, we’ll transition from creating into deep relaxation with a guided meditation followed by an immersive Sound Bath. Optional Reiki healing will also be available for anyone who would like to receive it. This is a small, intimate retreat designed to give you space to move, create, connect and deeply rest. 🎃 Mini pumpkin & painting materials included 🧘🏾‍♀️ Gentle Pilates 🎨 Pumpkin painting 🔔 Immersive Sound Bath ✨ Optional Reiki 🍵 Herbal tea & sweet treats 💜 Small, cozy group No experience in Pilates, painting or sound baths is needed — just come as you are and enjoy a few hours dedicated completely to you. 🍂✨
