The South West Martial Arts & Wellbeing Show is back for 2027! Join us on Saturday 25 September 2027 at Thornbury Leisure Centre, Bristol, for a day of martial arts, fitness and wellbeing. Bringing together people from across the country, our show is a chance to try something different, build connections and celebrate the positive impact of martial arts and movement. Get involved — don’t just watch! Take part in workshops, learn from experienced instructors and discover ideas to support your training and wellbeing. Whether you’re an experienced martial artist, a complete beginner or a family looking for an active day together, there’s plenty to get excited about. For 2027, we’re planning more opportunities for children and young people to get involved, alongside a focus on encouraging women and girls to take part, build confidence and enjoy the benefits of training.
