Archery Beginners Course over 2 Sessions

Tried archery on holiday, on a day out or at an event and want to take things to the next level? Comprehensive course to get you club ready! I’d use this as the Eventbrite overview: Archery Beginners Course – Two Sessions Plus Club Night Have you ever wanted to try archery? Join Dunstable Bowmen for a friendly and practical beginners course designed for people with little or no previous experience. The course includes two Saturday training sessions: Saturday 19 September, 9:00am–1:30pm Saturday 26 September, 9:00am–1:30pm You will also be invited to attend an additional club-night session, where you can practise what you have learned and experience shooting alongside our regular club members. During the course, you will learn: • Range safety and how to shoot safely • Correct shooting technique, including stance, posture, aiming and release • How to set up and use archery equipment • How to improve your accuracy and consistency • About different archery styles and equipment from our experienced archers All training will be delivered under the supervision of our Archery GB-registered coaches in a relaxed, supportive environment. All necessary archery equipment and refreshments will be provided. You are also welcome to bring a friend or family member to watch and take photographs, provided they follow the club’s photography guidance and respect the privacy of other participants. Whether you are looking for a new hobby, want to meet new people or have simply always fancied trying archery, this course will give you a safe and enjoyable introduction to the sport.
