For a while now I've been asking myself how I can get even more people into the room. Not everyone wants a retreat. Not everyone wants a workshop. Not everyone wants to spend £100+ on a night out. But so many people are craving connection. A place to belong. A chance to meet new people. A space where they can relax, have fun and be themselves. So this event is something a little different... Think Connect & Flow meets a Friday night out. A relaxed, welcoming and sober-friendly evening designed to bring people together through music, movement and community. No pressure. No expectations.
