Yoga . Create . Release . Nourish . Thai Street Food Join us for a beautiful afternoon inspired by Loy Krathong, Thailand's festival of light - a time to pause, reflect and lovingly let go of what no longer serves you. Begin with a grounding yoga practice to soften the body and quiet the mind, before creating your own krathong - a beautiful floating offering made with intention. We'll take a moment to release, reset and set intentions for what we want to welcome in. Then, gather together over delicious Thai street food, sharing nourishment, connection, and a little taste of Thailand. Come as you are. Leave, lighter, nourished and renewed. A beautiful afternoon of movement, creativity, reflection, food and community.
