Arrival & Collection • Please arrive promptly at 15:45PM for registration • Meeting point ( Hitchin Boys School Sports Hall,Grammar School Walk, Hitchin SG5 1JB) Supervision & Safety • A qualified safeguarding lead and first aid trained staff member will be present throughout the session. • Coaches will maintain a supervision ratio of at least 1 adult to 10 children. Emergency Procedures • In case of any emergency, first aid will be administered, and emergency services will be contacted immediately if required. • Parents will be informed promptly of any incidents.
