BIG DIOCESAN YOUTH WEEKEND 2027

A youth weekend of faith, fun, fellowship and fun activities... for anyone aged 11-18 years in Down and Dromore BIG DIOCESAN YOUTH WEEKEND 2027 This brilliant weekend will be held in Castlewellan Castle from 12th - 14th March 2027, is open to ALL young people and we would love to have you there! Cost per young person is £79. We realise that this is an important opportunity for young people so if you or a family you know need help to pay this amount then please contact us about bursaries available. Cost for Group Leaders is £79 (we may need some leaders to help lead small groups though!) On the tickets page each attendee will be asked to pay a deposit of £29* with the rest payable the week before weekend. (*Deposit does not include Eventbrite booking fee) This Weekend is open to any young person who is in secondary school. It is a great opportunity for young people to grow in their faith and to get to know each other better. All in the amazing setting of Castlewellan Castle. The main aim of this weekend is to explore the invitation that Jesus offers to us all through teaching, worship and small groups. We will also have a number of games and activites on site over the weekend such as laser tag, combat archery, outdoor activities, silent disco, scary walks and challenges... The cost is subsidised and includes all food, activities and a welcome pack. It has often been the case though that parish vestries have subsidised this amount further to encourage attendance. Young people need to attend as part of a church group (with leader) so please indicate which church this is when booking.
