Guided relaxation meditation, a talk and transformational meditation. Enjoy an uplifting and relaxing guided meditation class with Kadampa Buddhist Nun and Meditation Teacher Gen Kelsang Chitta. In person. Church Hall, 11 Drumsnade Road, Drumaness BT24 8NG Suitable for all levels of experience. Seating is provided in chairs or cushions. No previous experience or special clothing is necessary. Suggested donation to Potala Buddhist Centre Charity is £7 per class. Members can attend this and all our classes and retreats online or in person.
