Rest and Receive

Rest and Receive is an invitation to pause, let go of the week and allow yourself to simply be. A space to release some of what you may have been carrying, reset your system and come back to yourself. Through guided meditation, energy healing and gentle music, Niamh creates a calm and nurturing space to help you rest, restore and realign. There is a gentle focus on self-compassion throughout, helping you move out of the busy mind, reconnect with your inner wisdom and come back to your heart - something that can be difficult to find space for amongst the demands of everyday life. These sessions offer more than simply a relaxing hour. Participants often share that the sense of calm, connection and clarity they experience continues with them beyond the session and into their everyday lives. All are welcome and nothing is asked of you. Simply turn up, rest and receive. Niamh has been on her own journey of coming back to herself and restoring her health and wellbeing. She now loves creating spaces that allow others the opportunity to do the same.
