Seán Feeny is a singer-songwriter from Donegal whose music blends Irish folk traditions with contemporary songwriting. Raised in a musical household steeped in traditional Irish music, folk, and classic pop influences, Seán draws inspiration from storytelling, family history, and the landscapes and experiences that shape Irish life. After a career in journalism and arts marketing, he returned to his lifelong passion for music, creating songs that bring traditional themes into a modern setting. Working alongside producer Orri McBrearty, Seán has developed a distinctive sound that he describes as Irish folk stories wrapped in contemporary arrangements. His debut single, 1969, reflects his love of storytelling, heritage, and the enduring spirit of the people and places that inspire his work. Please note that there is free parking from 6.30pm in the streets around the venue.
