A Stretch by Starlight -Baby Yoga Christmas Special | WEDS 9 Dec 1.30 | GRAFT, Kings Heath

A one-off Christmas baby yoga workshop, open to everyone, whether you've done baby massage/yoga before, or not. It's a lovely first taste of baby yoga if you've not tried it before, and a festive end to the year if you have. Somewhere around three or four months, the sleepy newborn settles and a wrigglier baby turns up, kicking legs and reaching hands, twisting round to see what's going on. A Stretch by Starlight is a Christmas baby yoga session built for exactly that stage. We'll work through supported holds, stretches, balances and gentle movement, including the flying holds that get a proper belly laugh out of nearly every baby . It's the same strength and balance work that helps with sitting, rolling and crawling, and the same movements that shift trapped wind and take the edge off the end of the day. It just comes with fairy lights, a few festive songs and a room set up for Christmas. You'll learn a short sequence you can carry on at home. There's a little time kept for you too, with some breathing and gentle movement to reconnect with your core. You go home with a PDF of the moves and a small keepsake. Partners are very welcome to come along. When: Wednesday 9 December, 1.30 to 2.45 Where: Graft Pilates, Kings Heath Suitable for: approx 3 months to fully crawling Price: £20
