🏃♂️🌿 BARAKAH HOME ED PE WITH SAM FREE weekly PE sessions for home-educated children aged 5+!🎉 Get ready to move, play, have fun and make friends! 🤸♀️⚽️ Led by Sam, these relaxed and engaging sessions will give children the chance to enjoy a variety of fun physical activities, games and challenges, with a focus on movement, coordination, teamwork and confidence. 💪✨ Expect a mix of:🏃♂️ Fun sports & relay games 🎯 Throwing, catching & coordination activities ⚖️ Balance & movement challenges 🏋️ Circuits & cardio activities 🤝 Team & partner games 🧘 Mobility & movement exercises 🎲 Fun action-based games & activities 💃 Creative movement & improvisation 🌟 Lots of opportunities to play, explore and get active! The sessions won’t be overly structured or competitive, the aim is for children to enjoy being active, build confidence and have fun together. 💚 📅 Thursdays ⏰ 12:00pm–1:00pm 📍 Tipton Muslim Community CentreWellington Road, Tipton, DY4 8RS 📆 STARTING SEPTEMBER 2026 💷 FREE 👧🧒 For home-educated children aged 5+ 👨👩👧👦 Parent/Carer must stay for the duration of the session. ⚠️ This is not a drop-off session, children must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult throughout.
