That is the reason this sells out. LIVE ON STAGE: CHIRAG RAO Chirag Rao is one of the UK's leading Bollywood vocalists. Born and brought up in London, he has built his name on passionate live renditions of Bollywood classics, and has performed across the UK and at venues in the US, Dubai and Australia. He also leads The Bollywood Bratpack, Britain's first Bollywood swing band. Expect the Bollywood songs you grew up with, sung live to a full room. THE FOOD An unlimited three course vegetarian buffet. Each course opens at its own point in the evening and you help yourself, so go back as many times as you like. STARTERS A selection of Indian favourites and street food, including fresh samosas and pani puri, prepared at the venue. MAIN COURSE A selection of vegetarian dishes with rice, sides and accompaniments, including live chole bhature with hot bhature made fresh in front of you. DESSERT A selection of traditional Indian desserts. Everything is vegetarian, and all of it is included in your ticket price. LIVE ENTERTAINMENT This is not just dinner. Through the evening you get: Chirag Rao, live Professional dance performances Live dhol DJ playing Bollywood and Bhangra through to the close And when the dance floor opens, everybody is up. COMPLIMENTARY MEHENDI A professional mehendi artist is with us all evening and it is completely free with your ticket, for anyone who wants a design. Come early if you want yours done without waiting, because the queue builds as the night goes on. THE DIWALI PHOTO ZONE A photo zone decorated specifically for Diwali. Get the family together in your best clothes and take the picture you will actually keep. No charge. FOR THE CHILDREN Kids fun zone with a bouncy castle and activities, running all evening. Children under 5 come free and do not need a ticket. Children aged 5 to 12 are £15, and that includes their full meal. We finish at 9pm on purpose, so families with young children can stay for the whole event rather than leaving halfway through. HOW THE EVENING RUNS 4:00pm DOORS OPEN Check in, find your table, welcome drink. Complimentary mehendi, the Diwali photo zone, the stalls and the kids fun zone are all open. Around 5:00pm LIVE PERFORMANCES Indian cultural and Bollywood performances begin. Starters and street food served. Around 6:00pm MAIN COURSE The main course buffet opens, including the live chole bhature station. Through the evening MUSIC DJ, Bollywood, Bhangra and live dhol. Around 7:30pm DANCE FLOOR OPENS Chirag Rao live, then the floor is yours. Later LIVE RAFFLE DRAW Prizes from our event partners, drawn on stage. 9:00pm CLOSE Timings are approximate and the running order may shift slightly on the night. From Monday 19 October the adult price is £35 and it does not come down again. The last release is the last one, and there will be no tickets on the door. COMING AS A FAMILY OR A GROUP? BOOK A TABLE OF TEN Seating is at allocated tables of ten, so book the whole table rather than ten separate tickets. Your table is reserved and named for your group on the night, and you pay for nine adults instead of ten. Choose the Table of 10 option above. Need two or three tables together? Find something for Diwali and support a small business while you are at it. DRESS CODE: INDIAN TRADITIONAL AND FESTIVE WEAR Come in your favourite traditional or festive outfit and bring the colour of Diwali into the room. The photo zone will be waiting. HOUSE RULES No outside alcohol may be brought into the venue. The venue is fully licensed and there is a cash bar all evening serving alcoholic and soft drinks. Card accepted. Under 18s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. PHOTOGRAPHY AND FILMING A professional photographer and videographer will be covering the event. By attending, you agree that photographs and video footage which may include you can be used by Chalo Let's Go UK in future marketing, on our website and across our social media.
