Join me on Saturday 24th October, 11am – 3pm for a frightfully fun Halloween Photoshoot Day at Starbucks, Hednesford! 🧛‍♀️ Up to 3 children per session – fancy dress optional (but always fun!) 🐾 Dogs welcome – because who doesn’t love a spooky pup?! 🍬 Sweets, fun activities & freebies on the day! Whether you come dressed as a vampire, pumpkin, or your cutest self – we’ll capture some boo-tiful memories together. 📸🦇💀 Spread the word and tag your friends who love Halloween magic! Let’s make it a day full of giggles, ghosts, and great coffee! Some sensible rules apply - for full t's and c's see below. You will receive 2 studio quality professionally edited, sharing images up to 600kb(kilobytes) a few days after the event. These can be printed or shared on social media but must not have any filters applied. Please respect my artwork by keeping the images exactly as delivered. Your free images will be sent to the email address you provide on booking. 1 ticket per household - Maximum of 2 children or 1 dog per 10 minute slot . Dogs must be on a lead. Please - DO NOT - bring your pet if any of these apply: • If you have an un-housetrained adult dog and they are likely to poo in a strange environment - The studio is inside a food establishment! • History of biting • If they are unwell or have recently been unwell. • If they are knowingly uncontrollable Pets with any of the above are not to be brought to the studio. Full Terms and Conditions: Halloween Mini Photoshoot EventPlease read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing a ticket. By purchasing a ticket for the Halloween Mini Photoshoot Event, you agree to be bound by these terms. 1. Event & Booking Details • Organiser: Helly Marie Photography (Sole Trader). • Location: Starbucks, Hednesford. • Date & Time: Saturday, 24th October 2026, between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM. • Ticket Price: £20 per ticket. Tickets are non-refundable except as set out in Section 7. • Capacity & Allocation: 1 ticket permits 1 household allocation. Each ticket includes an allocated photography time slot of up to 15 minutes (with active photography lasting approximately 10 minutes). • Participant Limits: Maximum of 3 children OR 1 dog per single ticket slot. 2. Digital Deliverables & Copyright • Deliverables: Each valid ticket includes 2 high-resolution, studio-quality, professionally edited digital image files (file size up to 600KB, optimised for digital sharing and home printing). • Delivery: Digital files will be delivered electronically via the email address provided at the time of booking within 7–10 working days following the event. • Copyright & Image Use: All images remain the exclusive property of Helly Marie Photography. • Editing Restriction: Delivered digital images must not be altered, cropped, recoloured, or subjected to social media filters. Images must be displayed as originally delivered to protect the photographer's artistic integrity. • Promotional Discount: Ticket holders are entitled to a 10% discount on optional physical print products ordered directly through Helly Marie Photography following the event. No obligation to purchase additional items applies. 3. Pet Attendance & Safety Rules To ensure public health, hygiene, and safety inside a public food and beverage establishment, the following strict rules apply to all dog owners: • Leash Requirement: All dogs must remain on a lead and under control by a responsible adult at all times while on the premises. • Exclusions: Pets must not be brought to the event if they: • • Are adult dogs that are not fully house-trained or are likely to soil indoors. • Have a history of aggression or biting. • Are currently unwell, exhibiting symptoms of illness, or recovering from recent contagious conditions. • Are known to be hyper-excitable, fearful, or uncontrollable in crowded public settings. • Liability for Mess/Damage: The owner assumes full responsibility for their pet's behaviour. The organiser reserves the right to refuse service or ask a pet owner to leave immediately without a refund if a pet poses a safety, sanitation, or behavioural concern. 4. Arrival & Punctuality • Participants are required to arrive 5 minutes before their scheduled time slot. • Due to the back-to-back scheduling of mini-sessions, late arrivals cannot have their time extended and may forfeit their session without a refund if they miss their allocated window. 5. Backdrops & Equipment • Professional studio lighting, backdrops, and camera equipment will be utilised. • The physical backdrop and prop arrangement used on the day may vary slightly from marketing imagery or preview photographs. 6. Health, Safety & Supervision • Children and pets remain the sole responsibility of their parent, guardian, or owner at all times during the event. • Helly Marie Photography operates with full Public Liability Insurance and holds valid Enhanced DBS clearance. 7. Cancellations & Refunds • Customer Cancellations: Tickets are non-refundable once purchased. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another party upon prior written notification to and confirmation from Helly Marie Photography. • Event Cancellation: In the rare event that the event is cancelled or postponed by Helly Marie Photography due to unforeseen circumstances, severe weather, or force majeure, ticket holders will be offered either a full refund or a transfer to a rescheduled date. 8. Data Protection & Privacy • Personal data (such as name, email address, and phone number) collected during the booking process will be processed securely in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. • Data will be used solely for the administration of your booking, image delivery, and essential event updates, and will not be shared with third parties.
