Mentorship gets talked about all the time. But sponsorship, the thing that actually gets people into rooms and onto shortlists, is still the missing piece for a lot of women in tech. This session digs into why that gap exists, who it hits hardest, and how to close it, whether you're the one being sponsored or the one doing the sponsoring.
