Over two inspiring days, you'll step away from the demands of everyday life to reflect on your journey, celebrate your strengths and begin creating a future that feels true to who you are. Through guided reflection, creative activities and proven coaching approaches, you'll gain greater clarity, renewed confidence and a fresh perspective on what comes next. Day One – ReflectUnderstanding your story. Celebrating your strengths. Reconnecting with yourself. Saturday is dedicated to reflection. Together, we'll explore the experiences that have shaped your life, recognise the strengths you've developed along the way and reconnect with what matters most to you today. Using a blend of guided discussion, personal reflection and creative activities, you'll have the opportunity to pause, gain perspective and let go of anything that no longer serves you. By the end of the day, you'll have a deeper understanding of who you are, what you've achieved and the unique qualities you bring into your next chapter. You'll create a personal vision board, explore your aspirations and leave with greater clarity about the direction you want to take. Through thoughtful planning and reflection, you'll identify meaningful next steps and make a personal promise to yourself about the life you want to create. An optional complimentary wellbeing walk on Sunday morning offers a peaceful opportunity to connect with nature before the day's sessions begin. By the end of the weekend, you'll leave feeling lighter, more confident and inspired about the future.
