Memorial Run or Walk to celebrate the life of Sharon Armstrong-Williams

Choose from either a 5k run, a 3k run or a 3k walk before everyone comes together at Level Up Gym for food, drinks and a DJ. Join us at Level Up Gyms, Southport for a special day celebrating the life of our much gym member and party girl, Sharon. Sharon loved her famly and friends, the gym, big hugs and a good old party. So we’re bringing everyone together to run, walk, remember, laugh and celebrate her life in true Sharon style. 💛 Choose from either: 5K Run, 3K Run or a 3K Walk — everyone is welcome! Whether you’re a regular runner, a walker, a gym member or not, or simply someone who has also been affected by the struggles of mental health, you are welcome to come along and be part of the day. After the run/walk, we’ll head back to Level Up Gym where there’ll be: 🍔 Food 🥂 Drinks 🎶 DJ & music ❤️ Friends, stories & memories 🎉 A celebration of Sharon’s life 💛 Supporting Mind Tickets are completely FREE, but we are asking everyone who can to support their fundraising page in aid of Mind, the mental health charity.
