Men’s Circle

A fortnightly circle for men to talk honestly and be properly listened to. No fixing, no preaching. Free your first time. Most of us men don't have anywhere to say what's actually going on. Not down the pub, not at work, often not even at home. This is that place. Every other Monday, a small group of men sit together and take turns to talk. Each man gets his own time, usually around 10 minutes, to say whatever's on his mind. Work, family, relationships, feeling stuck, or just how the week's been. Then there's a few minutes where others can offer something back, if you want it. Nobody's there to fix you or tell you what to do. You don't need to have anything figured out, and you don't need to be in crisis. You're just invited to show up as you are. If you'd rather just listen the first time, that's fine too. It's run by Mark, who's sat in men's circles for years and keeps time so everyone gets their fair share. Come once, come every time, come when you can. No pressure either way.
