Nature Tots at Heysham Nature Reserve

Why not join us to explore our natural world on our Nature Tot sessions at Heysham Nature Reserve. As part of Heysham Nature Reserve’s ‘Connecting to Nature’ project, each month we will explore and learn all about the wildlife around us. Each session takes a sensory stroll around the reserve followed by seasonal crafty activities and a story. All you need to do is book a place for your child and turn up dressed for the weather on the day. Places are limited, so do book soon. Please note: Each tot group will be provided with their materials with instructions given for all crafts. This is an outdoor event so please come dressed for the weather conditions on the day. The event will take place in an outdoor sheltered location on the reserve. This may vary in colder months where we will combine it with an indoor session. Supervision of children is required at all times. Meet at the picnic benches at the car park. Toilet facilities are available. Booking is essential. If we need to make any changes or have to rearrange the session, we will contact you by email/mobile.
