Pilates Tower Pop up Class

The Tower adds a different dimension to your Pilates practice, allowing you to work through a wide range of movements while using resistance and assistance from the springs. Expect a full-body session combining flowing movement with focused strength work, helping you develop greater body awareness and control. What to expect: • Full-body Pilates workout • Tower spring work and resistance • Strength, mobility and stability exercises • A focus on precision, control and technique • Small-group, supportive teaching This class is designed for existing Pilates practitioners and is not suitable for complete beginners. Spaces are limited to ensure you receive plenty of guidance and support from your instructor. Come ready to move, challenge yourself and experience Pilates on the Tower.
