Join Yoga and Meditation teachers Megan and Carli for a morning walk through the pine woods, guided mediation followed by coffee & pastries! Walk, pause & pour Join senior Yoga and Meditation teachers and international retreat hosts Megan Viey & Carliann Langley for a nourishing morning designed to help you slow down and reconnect with yourself, nature and a lovely group of people. We will leave Kiosk Coffee prompt at 9am and begin the morning with a gentle walk through the beautiful National Trust Formby Pinewoods, taking in nature at an easy pace before pausing for a guided standing mini meditation to ground, reset, and arrive fully in the moment. Afterwards, you’re warmly invited to join us at KIOSK to treat yourself to a cosy cuppa, cake, and relaxed, heart-led chats, a chance to connect, unwind, and be part of a like-minded community.
