Ticket sales are used to secure the venue, catering, entertainment and other event arrangements in advance. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations, change of plans, or non-attendance. The only exception is if the event is cancelled by the organisers. In this circumstance, ticket holders will be contacted and a full refund will be issued. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
