A team based fitness challenge built for pairs and teams of 4 - split the work, share effort and cross the finish line together. Stations: Ram Burpees → SkiErg → Sled Push/Pull → Farmers Carry → Rower → Ram Rev Lunges → DB Devil Press → Wallballs 9x 500m runs woven throughout — before, between, and after every station • Split the stations however your team wants — divide reps, play to your strengths, share the load • All 500m runs are completed together as a full team, every time
