We're teaming up with Restart Pilates and Three Spirit for a re-energising afternoon of movement, creativity and good company. Think 30 minutes of reformer pilates, 30 minutes of mat pilates, and an hour of creativity getting stuck into candle painting. All materials included, no experience needed 🫶 Whilst you paint, help yourself to a drink on the house: coffee, matcha or sparkling wine.
