In-Person Neurodivergent Business Owners Support Group 📍 Barchester - Hyacinth House Care Home, 179-181 Wimborne Rd W, Wimborne, BH21 2D ⏱️11.30am to 1.30 pm Running a business with a neurodivergent brain can feel exhausting and isolating, especially when most business spaces don’t understand burnout, overwhelm, or executive dysfunction. This group is a calm, supportive place to connect with other neurodivergent business owners who truly get it. I’m a qualified ADHD and neurodiversity-informed coach, and I gently guide the sessions so everyone feels safe, supported, and heard. It’s not networking, and it’s not a loud business event - it’s real conversations with people who understand the juggle of work, life, and energy. You can: • Talk about what’s hard right now • Ask questions and get gentle support • Share wins (even the tiny ones) • Or simply sit and listen, there is no pressure to speak You never have to share if you don’t want to. The group meets on the 2nd Wednesday of every month in a small, calm, and relaxed setting. There is space to take quiet time if you need it, and the group is kept intentionally small so it doesn’t feel overwhelming. People who have attended often say how supportive and calming the space feels. It might feel a little nerve-wracking before your first visit, but this group is designed to feel safe, not busy or intense. Come as you are. No pressure. Just support.
