Jude'z invites you to dance as gently or as wildly as you wish in a free flowing dance that integrates emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing. Sound session led by Vivienne Yardley As we settle into autumn, we embrace the rhythms and patterns of nature celebrating the beauty and joy of letting go. Like the leaves falling gently to the forest floor, what is released can become nourishment: protecting what rests beneath the surface through winter and replenishing the earth for new growth. I love bringing nature into all the wellbeing practices I offer. Into my gong baths, I bring the rhythms of the waves from our beautiful Dorset shoreline inviting us to soften, settle and reconnect with the natural rhythms within and around us. Agenda What should I wear? Wear comfortable cloths. Bring a set of dry clothes as you will probably get sweaty during the session. We dance barefoot, in soft indoor shoes or grip socks. What time we start? Door open at 6:45pm. We start with stretch and slow music before opening circle. We politely ask not to come earlier as we have to prepare a room. We close door at 7:15pm sharp!
