Come on your own, with a friend or your whole crew - expect a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere where it's easy to meet new people, let your hair down and simply enjoy being together. 6:00 PM - WELCOME & YOGA PARTY We'll kick things off with a fun, music-filled yoga flow through our signature silent disco headphones. This isn't about perfect poses or taking yourself too seriously. Expect uplifting music, feel-good movement and plenty of smiles as we celebrate summer together. AFTER YOGA... Enjoy: • music through the headphones • time to chat and meet new people • a sunset Silent Disco on the beach with 3 DJs from Shush Events! We'll finish the evening dancing barefoot on the sand with the music in our ears and the sea beside us ! WHAT TO BRING: • Sparkly outfits! • Yoga mat or beach towel • Swimwear and towel Please let the team know before the session if you have any injuries or medical conditions.
