The trees stand quietly, the days are at their shortest, and we find ourselves just one week before the Winter Solstice—the turning point of the Wheel of the Year, when the longest night gives way to the gradual return of the light. This season encourages rest, reflection and renewal, offering an opportunity to pause before the busyness of the festive period and reconnect with what truly nourishes us. This Gong Bath provides a peaceful sanctuary from the demands of everyday life—an opportunity to slow down, settle the nervous system and embrace the quiet wisdom that winter offers. On 15th December, the Moon is a waxing crescent, gently growing in light following the New Moon a few days earlier.
