Remembrance & Reflection - A Time to Remember

Kings Park Care Home invite you to honour those who have served and remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice. A special afternoon of remembrance, reflection and fellowship will take place at Kings Park Care Home on Monday 9 November, bringing together veterans, residents, families and the wider community. Kings Park Care Home in Ferndown is inviting local residents, veterans, serving personnel, families and community members to join them for A Time to Remember, a special afternoon honouring those who have served in the Armed Forces and remembering those who made the ultimate sacrifice. Taking place from 3pm to 5pm on Monday 9 November 2026, just two days before Remembrance Day, the event will offer an opportunity to pause, reflect and come together in recognition of the service and sacrifice of the Armed Forces community. The afternoon will include a Remembrance address, refreshments and time for fellowship, with RAF Air Cadets also joining the occasion to help bring generations together through shared respect and remembrance.
