Held just above the sea in Southbourne, this intimate evening invites you to step away from the busyness of everyday life and settle into a warm, candlelit space of deep relaxation, soothing vibrations and quiet reflection. Samhain is an ancient Gaelic seasonal festival that honours the transition into the darker half of the year. As the nights grow longer, the weather turns cooler and nature begins to slow down, we too are invited to turn inwards, embrace stillness and make space for rest. Through the vibrational sounds of gongs, bowls and other therapeutic instruments, you’ll be gently guided into a peaceful sound journey — an opportunity to soften, unwind and let go of what no longer serves you. This is a time to pause, reflect on the season that has passed, honour what the year has brought you and welcome the quieter months ahead with intention. ✨ An evening to release, remember, rest and renew. Come as you are. No previous experience is needed, just a willingness to slow down and give yourself the gift of time.
