Spoon Pyrography Workshop with Stuart Faulkner

Join Stuart to use hot wood burning pyrography pens on wooden spoons and make your own designer kitchenware. Join Stuart Faulkner one of the artists in 'What Emerges' for a fun interactive workshop. Stuart will demonstrate how to use hot wood burning pyrography pens on wooden spoons so you can make your own designer kitchenware! Everything is provided. Please note: This workshop is suitable for over 12’s, children must be accompanied by an adult. Your ticket is for a 30 minute slot for the workshop. Please feel free to stay and work on it more indiviudally or decorate your spoon after. About Stuart Faulkner "Hello - I am Stuart and I run fun paint nights - teaching a few techniques, holding a space where you can really knuckle down to some serious paint brush splodging and making sure you come out with a fantastic painting! This workshop is suitable for absolute beginners and seasoned arty farties alike - I aim to put on events where adults can make time for themselves to paint - and all create unique variations of the original! " Getting to B.A.D. If you are coming by bus: Take the M2 bus and get off near Boscanova if coming from Southbourne, or next to Aldi if coming from Poole and Bournemouth. Walk along the highstreet and please come to the main entrance at B.A.D., directly opposite Costa. If you are coming by train: Pokesdown for Boscombe train station is a 15-20 minute walk to B.A.D. Turning right out of the station, walk straight down Christchurch Road until you reach Marvo Mysteries Escape Room, where you will cross over onto the pedestrianised precinct and continue walking past Boscanova cafe to B.A.D. If you are coming by car: You can reach us via the A35 and Ashley Road. We would recommend parking in the Sovereign Centre Car Park, from which you can follow directions to the highstreet where you’ll find the main entrance, opposite Costa. Accessibility: If you have any accessibilty needs when it comes to parking or travel, please let us know prior to the event and we will do what we can to support you. Accessible toilets are also available in Boscombe Sovereign Centre. Tickets: Workshop tickets are £5.
