Throughout each session, we work with the 14 chakra (energy centre) system. By creating greater balance within the energy body, we support harmony within the physical body, mental wellbeing and emotional wellbeing. Each circle includes: * Guided Elemental Meditation in nature * Connection with the five elements * The 14 chakra (energy centre) system * Quiet reflection and mindful awareness * A welcoming and supportive groupBeginners are warmly welcome. No previous meditation experience is needed.
