Tuning In: Ear-Acu & Sound Healing

Ear acupuncture uses tiny needles placed on specific points of the ear to support relaxation, ease tension and help regulate the nervous system. Sound healing uses singing bowls and other healing instruments to create soothing sounds and vibrations, helping you settle into a deeply restful and meditative state. Together, these therapies offer a beautiful opportunity to pause, let go of the week and simply be. Expect a peaceful and nurturing evening where you can rest, reset and leave feeling restored.
