Hebden Bridge SEND Mums Wellbeing Club - Dec 2026

Join our final Self-Care Saturday at The Calderdale Yoga Centre for mothers & carers of children with SEND. Our signature hybrid self-care peer support session - with working mums in mind! Join us for a chance to vent, chat, share ideas and support one another in a non-judgmental space, plus a gentle yoga session to re-centre your mind and body. Includes coffee & tea in a private area, plus yoga / wellbeing session with a trained facilitator at The Calderdale Yoga Centre in Hebden Bridge. Please note there are stairs to the yoga studio, and this is an adults-only event. If this does not work for you, our Halifax sessions at Calderdale College are both accessible and child-friendly. Pay It Forward: Donation tickets are available for £6, or free concession tickets are available. No questions, no judgment! Bookings: These sessions will take place monthly on a first-come, first-served basis. Keep an eye out for next month's places to be released! If you sign up to our waitlist, we will notify you if a place becomes available.
