This in-person event is all about embracing balance, warmth, and relaxation as we welcome the new season.oin us for a carefully curated Autumn Equinox experience to slow down, restore and embrace the change of season. Begin with a 60-minute Vinyasa flow led by senior teacher Charlotte, followed by a guided sauna and wild swim with tea and time to unwind. We’ll then settle into the yurt for a deeply restorative sound bath and Yoga Nidra with Isis, closing with a reflective circle.
