Gentle women’s circles in a beautiful Sussex yurt - space to pause, reconnect, and be human together. Right now there may still be warmth in the air, but there are already whisperings of Autumn. 🍂 The Autumn Equinox marks a moment of balance, when day and night are held in almost equal measure. A pause point in the wheel of the year, before we continue our gradual turn towards the darker, more inward and restful months. This women's circle is an invitation to meet that shift consciously. To pause. To breathe. To take stock. To connect with yourself, with the changing season, and with other women in a small and intimate circle. Held in the beautiful Sanctuary Yurt just outside Lewes, this gathering offers a gentle, guided space to slow down, reflect and reconnect. Each gathering is a blend of: • grounding and arrival • gentle guidance and seasonal reflection • space to share (always optional) • embodiment practices • moments of stillness, movement, song and connection • herbal tea and wholesome cake No pressure. No performance. You're welcome exactly as you are. 🍂 About this circle This is a special one-off Wild Woman Circle, held in the days leading up to the Autumn Equinox. A chance to pause before the season turns further. To notice what you may be harvesting from the months that have passed. To reflect on what you are ready to carry with you into Autumn. And perhaps what you are ready to lay down. We won't be doing anything you need to prepare for or have the "right" words for. You can simply arrive as you are and allow the afternoon to unfold. At the heart of the gathering will be the share circle - a space where you are invited to speak and listen from your heart, without needing to fix, advise or perform. There is something quietly powerful about sitting in circle together. Hearing what's real. Being met in it.
