Connect & Inspire/ Workers in Wellness Networking/Monthly/Wednesdays/Lewes

Guest speaker - Valdirene Amaral - Brazilian speaker, life coach, facilitator and storyteller. What’s your wellness business personality? Do you sometimes find working alone in wellbeing challenging? Connect & Inspire is a friendly, informal networking group for people working in wellbeing, complementary therapies and related fields. Join Marisa Tighe from Hema Sounds and Ellie Nova, Sober Coaching in person to meet like-minded professionals, share ideas, make connections and support one another. Each month we'll have a different guest speaker, giving you the opportunity to learn something new and perhaps see your business or practice from a different perspective. There will also be time to chat, connect and give yourself the same care and attention you so generously offer to others – whether that's a sound bath, meditation, yoga or another relaxing experience.
