Walk intensity: leisurely - walks for reasonably fit people with some walking experience. May include unsurfaced rural paths. Walking boots/practical footwear and clothing. Suncream/hat or waterproof clothing are recommended depending on the weather. Bring Binoculars if possible, water and snacks.
