Newborn Sleep Workshop & Postnatal Support Session

A group workshop centred around infant sleep and what to expect, and a postnatal 1:1 support session when your baby is here. Come along to a 1 hour interactive group session, where you can learn all about those first few months and what to expect. An informative insight into the science behind infant sleep, this workshop will empower you with tools and knowledge to form positive habits from the beginning. Within the first 12 weeks of your baby's life, you will receive an hour's postnatal support either in your home or online, where you can ask all the questions you might have and gain practical advice to set you up to move forward confidently, and in a way which suits your family.
