Progressive Yoga Course 6-weeks (excl. 28th Oct)

The yoga courses I offer are intended to establish stability, connection, self-care, self-understanding and cultivate a steady practice for equanimity, inner peace and harmony during these turbulent times. A steady, regular practice of yoga steers the consciousness in the direction of clarity, positivity and peaceful endurance. I teach according to the level of experience and we gradually develop the practices over time - the focus is on awareness. Yoga without awareness is simply exercise. Yoga Courses - Little Chelsea, Eastbourne (In-person) 10 min walk from Eastbourne station A general yoga class consists of asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork) and yoga nidra / meditation depending on the class level. Space is limited to 10 students for personalised attention. NEW courses start: w/c 28th September 2026 (6 weeks, excl. w/c 25th Oct) w/c 9th November 2026 (6 weeks) Drop-in taster classes are available where there is space. Priority is given to those booking on a course.
