'The Forest': A therapeutic ritual and singing day retreat

Join me for a day of connection, nourishment and harmony - we will spend the day singing original songs, with a therapeutic holding. It is my pleasure to invite you to this therapeutic singing day retreat. For each of these uniquely crafted day retreats, I bring my original songs and create a bespoke ritual to support the songs that we are singing and the themes around them. More often than not, we will each create something physical that you can take home with you, in which to root the work and the songs held in our time together. Each circle will be a bit different, but will always involve a gentle check in, some singing and some time in ritual and quiet. As a psychotherapist, there is always a therapeutic element to every circle I hold, should you choose to drop into it. The day will be spacious enough to allow for moments of quiet and calm alongside a whole lot of singing and soaking up songs, harmony and lyrics. By the end of the day you will have celebrated, soothed, held and been held in singing and will hopefully leave with a pocket full of songs to accompany you in any moment. We will spend the day in the cosy Chelwood Gate Village Hall, with gorgeous woods nearby should we choose to enter for a song or two. The village hall is a short drive from Forest Row and if coming by public transport I can help to arrange lift/taxi shares. I love to create safe circles in which each member feels as comfortable, welcome and connected to themselves, their voices and the circle as possible.
