Bristol Youth Folk October Workshop

Join Bristol Youth Folk for a fun and friendly dance, craft and song workshop. Join us for our first workshop of the academic year! We will practice and learn Cotswold and Border Morris dances, with live music. The rehearsal includes a break for packed lunch, with folky crafts and singing. There are also smaller breaks throughout with snacks and water provided. All levels of skill and experience welcome - BYF workshops are an inclusive and supportive environment. This is a great time for new participants to join. We strongly believe that participation should never be limited by cost and can offer further subsidised tickets. Doors open at 9:45am for a 10:00am start, with a 12:45 performance to the parents to showcase what we've learnt in the session. Bristol Youth Folk is a friendly morris dance side for ages 6 - 17. We try all sorts of dance styles from Cotswold to Molly, and our monthly workshops offer opportunities to experience singing, craft, storytelling and more.
