A space to be heard, seen and embraced. As we share, reflect and reconnect with the body. Together we will be grounded into the present moment through a range of practices : 🧘♀️Breathwork and Guided Meditation ⭕️ Sharing Circle 📝Journalling and Reflection 💃Intuitive movement 🌿Herbal Tea What to bring: 📝Journal and pen 🧘♀️ Yoga Mat ( to sit/lie on) 🧚♀️ Comfortable Clothing IMPORTANT: Doors close and are locked at 19:30.
