Who's in the room with you Nick Elston, award-winning mental health and keynote speaker, and founder of Forging People, hosts and leads the day personally, sharing his own journey from crippling anxiety to speaking on stages in front of thousands. He's joined by his team: • Helen Taylor-Brimson, wellbeing lead for the day, guiding the shifts in energy and state that carry you through • Zoe Thompson, delivering a session on the mindset of speaking • Emma-Louise, vocal coach who has worked across TV, stages and with leading music professionals, helping you find and use your actual voice • James Hall, bringing an afternoon energiser with a difference, expect the room to be laughing before it knows why • Jack Cooke, capturing the day on film • Marcus Ahmad, capturing your Walk On moment in photos you'll keep We are also joined by a brilliant guest speaker: Kristian Potter, Mindfulness Alignment Coach and Founder of Internal Flow, sharing his own rise, and what it took to rewire old patterns and step into his power. The setting We're at the Bristol Pavilion, inside the Seat Unique Stadium, home of Gloucestershire County Cricket Club, overlooking the pitch.
