Green Mingle October 2026

This month we will be joined by UWE Bristol, which acts as the South West Regional Hub for the Climate Ambassadors scheme, to learn more about the scheme which links nurseries, schools and colleges with free access to local experts to support their climate action and opportunities to be involved. The event is free to attend, but please reserve a space. The September Green Mingle is taking place at The Station (The Engine Room) on Silver Street. Free vegan nibbles will be provided. By attending this event you agree to photography, in which you may be included, being used for promotional purposes. You may opt out of photography by speaking with staff at the sign-in desk on the day. More information. The Green Mingle is a welcoming and inclusive space where attendees are welcome to share their environment-related news and updates. The Partnership is non-politically affiliated and takes a zero tolerance approach to discrimination, therefore we reserve the right to refuse the distribution of materials that don't align with our policies and values, at our discretion. Please talk to one of the Partnership members of staff if there is an issue on the night. • The front of the venue has paved access and on-street parking directly outside of the main entrance (unrestricted with a blue badge). • Accessible toilet available at ground level. • This is a standing networking event, but there are some chairs available if needed. • If you need support registering for this event or have questions about access, please call us on 0750 482110 (Monday - Thursday 10am - 3pm) and leave a message, or contact us using the information in host section below. What we can offer on request • A BSL interpreter can be provided but we do require at least two weeks’ notice, and this may be dependent on availability. • We have one pair of noise cancelling headphones that you can request in advance. What we cannot offer • Street parking is limited and there is no venue car park. The nearest parking is NCP Bristol, Rupert Street, BS1 2PY • A quiet space —­ unfortunately this venue does not offer this, however nearby spaces include The Lanes and The Hatter House Cafe. • We cannot provide captions for speakers. • The ability to meet all dietary requirements — however vegan and gluten free options are offered as standard, and allergens are listed. We can’t guarantee there is no-contamination.
