An invitation to reconnect with your body and have a good boogie! No dancing experience needed - come as you are! Welcome! We dance to regulate our nervous systems, to facilitate the release of held patterns in the mind and body. We discover our strengths and resources, exploring what it is to dance in a supportive community. Dancing re-connects us to a deeper, wiser part of ourselves that helps us to live a more full and authentic life. Please read the guidlines for our dancing space. Disabled Access LGBTQIA+safe space Parking/Transport Cycling - We have lots of lockable bike storage both outside the main entrance and inside the garden. Parking - Hereford Street Car Park is free from 5pm Monday-Friday and on weekends. It's free parking however, a ticket must be obtained from the machine and displayed. Little Paradise Car Park is close by - BS3 4NJ. Train - We are a 1-2 minute walk from Bedminster Train Station. Buses - M1, 74, 75, 76, 24, 43 Walking - We are a 3-5 minute walk from East Street, and a 5-8 minute walk from North Street. The entrance to the venue is on the cycle path side.
