About this event
Life can feel busy, overwhelming and sometimes lonely. Many of us are trying to become a better version of ourselves, but we don't have to do it alone. The Chimp Community is a relaxed monthly meetup where people come together to explore wellbeing, build meaningful connections, and support one another through everyday challenges. This isn't group therapy, and it isn't a motivational seminar.

It's simply a safe, welcoming space to learn, reflect, and grow alongside like-minded people. Each evening includes: 🌿 A guest speaker or interview on a wellbeing topic. 💬 Open group discussion where everyone is welcome to contribute (or simply listen). 🍵 A wellbeing refreshment station with herbal teas and alcohol-free drinks. 🧭 Self-reflection activities using the Chimp Community Evolution Wheel. 🤝 Time to meet new people in a relaxed, pressure-free environment. Whether you're working on your confidence, mental wellbeing, healthier habits, or simply looking to meet positive people, you'll be warmly welcomed. Everyone starts somewhere. Come exactly as you are. First event 📅 Friday 25 September 🕖 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm 🎤 Guest Speaker: Lydia Blackman (Personal Trainer) Topic: Gym Myths – Overcoming the Fear of Starting Attendance is free, although donations are always appreciated to help the community grow. Your contribution helps cover venue costs and allows us to continue creating welcoming wellbeing events for everyone.
