An evening of BREATH & SOUND

A wonderful evening of Immersive Breathwork and Sound bath for relaxation and self connection. Twice a month I run a magical evening of Healing Breathwork and Sound Bath at Hemingford Abbots Village Hall. I will be guiding you though some healing and transformational Breathwork Pranayama’s to open up all the energy systems in the body to go within and find the stillness that is deep in us all. Following the breathwork session I will use my sacred instruments to take you on a wonderful sound meditation journey. I will also be using the highest quality essential oils to enhance your experience, and ending with some warming Herbal Tea and an oracle card pull to guide you through your next few weeks. I will send an email out before the event, but please note you will need to bring with you Water, a Yoga Mat, Cushions/Pillows and a Cosy Blanket. There are a couple of things to take into consideration before booking your place for Breathwork Practice and Sound Therapy due it's physical responses in the body.
