Business Owners Open Mastermind - In person

A space to think out loud, gain fresh perspectives and learn from the experience and skills of other business owners. For the last ten years of being in business and supporting others, being part of a mastermind has been one of the most valuable constants in my growth as a business owner.​ I’ve had the privilege of sitting in rooms with honest, generous business owners who are willing to share their experiences, challenge my thinking and cheer the wins as they come.​ Those conversations have shaped decisions, opened up opportunities and reminded me that running a business doesn’t have to be a lonely road.​ Last year The Work Bees officially took over the local St Ives Business Owners Open Mastermind (BOOM), and it has been every bit as special as expected.​ Many of the current members have been showing up to this mastermind for the same ten years I have, which says a lot about the depth of trust, accountability and support in the room. That loyalty is a real testament to the value of having a consistent space to talk honestly about the realities of running and growing a small business. Some of our original members have since moved away or now have commitments that clash with our in‑person meetings, but the connection and appetite to keep learning together has never gone away. ​ As you know, we are all about supporting businesses to flourish and today we are proud to host on-line and person mastermind sessions.​ On-line sessions run on the 2nd Thursday of each month, from 10:00am–12:00am on Zoom, and in person sessions run every 3rd Thursday of each month in St Ives 9.15am - 11.15am.
