Creative Mondays with Laura: Enchanted Autumn Garden - A Clay Workshop

Join us for a creative workshop with crafts-extraordinare, Laura, making a tiny woodland world from air-dry clay. Family-friendly! Come and make your own little world of woodland treasures. Join local artist Laura Matine of Cambridge Creative Corner for a playful autumn workshop. You'll build a miniature enchanted garden from air-dry clay. Bring your child along to make one together, or come on your own and let your imagination run. Think tiny mushrooms, acorns, leaves and berries. Hedgehogs, snails and woodland creatures. Maybe even a fairy door or two. There's no design to copy. You decide what goes in your garden and how it all comes together. At the end, we'll bring every garden together on one table to make a whole enchanted world. It's a lovely chance to see what everyone has made and grab a photo before you head home. You'll leave with a handmade clay garden and a fun afternoon spent making something with your neighbours. What to know • Book an Adult + Child ticket to make a garden together, or an Adult ticket to come on your own • Each ticket makes one woodland garden • All materials are provided • Clay can get messy, so wear clothes you don't mind getting a bit grubby • Air-dry clay needs a few days to harden fully, so carry your garden home flat and let it dry somewhere safe • Places are limited to 12 gardens, so please only book if you can make it • Can't come after all? Cancel your ticket in Eventbrite so someone else can take your place About Laura Laura runs Cambridge Creative Corner, bringing hands-on art workshops to people of all ages. Her sessions are all about trying something new, enjoying the process and leaving with something you're proud of.
